Various Resource Conservation Groups (RCGs), each comprised of a variety of stakeholders and DESC staff, were developed as part of the relicensing process to identify Project issues and develop recommendations to address or resolve these issues. Each group provides a forum for discussion of specific issues associated around a common theme.

The Water Quality, Fish and Wildlife RCG includes the Fish Passage Technical Committee, a sub-group developed to focus specifically on fish passage issues at the Project. Documents and meeting notes pertaining to fish passage can be found the page linked below.
